Here's how it works:

Step 1: Get your ReuniteIT asset tracking labels
Visit our ReuniteIT by LoJack Store and choose from our selection of asset tracking labels designed to fit anything you don't want to lose–from a lost camera to eyeglasses to mountain bikes. These tamper-proof labels not only identify you as the owner (anonymously, through an identifying number in our secure online database), they may also deter theft since marked property is more difficult to resell.

Step 2: Apply labels and register items
Place your ReuniteIT by LoJack labels on your valuable belongings. Go online to register your labeled items in the ReuniteIT by LoJack database. Enter brief product descriptions along with the serial number (if available) and the label number of each item. Your items are now registered, and LoJack will use this information to match lost and found items to their owners and facilitate the return. You will also have a record of your item for the police and insurance company.

Step 3: Your item is lost
Log onto our website and file a Lost or Stolen Report. This is optional as LoJack can match your item to your account based on the product information provided during registration.

Step 4: Then it's found
The finder can report the find online or by calling our toll-free number as instructed on the label. LoJack identifies you as the registered owner, notifies you immediately via phone or e-mail, and makes arrangements to ship the item back to you immediately, no matter where you are. All finders receive a reward for their honesty.
